Kristina is a passionate yoga teacher with a very cute baby cat named Olie. Krisi is a software engineer who graduated from the biggest yoga teacher school in London. Through the years spent working on a desk she has realized how much movement and yoga have helped her posture, physical health, mental and emotional well-being. She is passionate to help fellow engineers discover how movement can help them to transform their health and lives.
Felicia Marie (Fish)
Fish is a Canadian hypnotherapist, dance and yoga teacher, and performer. Fish is an advocate for women empowerment, body positive movement and conscious relationships. Fish helps women to recover from eating disorders, body shaming and previous body-related trauma. In her program "Total Confidence" she guides women to reconnect to their bodies and build a positive, nourishing self-image in a safe, supportive environment full of creativity and movement joy.
Tara Quinn
Tara is an expert in embodied complexities. She combines extensive experience in massage, thai massage, conscious movement, contortions and circus arts with systems thinking, individual and communal strengthening.
Currently, Tara is working with entrepreneurs
and businesses to help them improve connections, communication and understanding of self and others through embodied with with Thai Massage and sensory experiences.
Tiffany Wright
Tiffany has Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and completed a 500-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training in the jungles of Thailand. Her journey with mindfulness continued as a Crisis Therapist for adolescents. In addition to her mental health studies, Tiffany is a circus acrobat and performer. Tiff is combining all her mental health and movement knowledge into an intuitive, masterful program for stress relief for young women professionals.
Alexandra Stregi
Alexandra is a communication expert, former Al-Jazeera director movement and yoga teacher. She was born in Greece, lived all around the world and has finally settled in the vibrant city of Berlin. Alexandra is currently developing programs to help women school teachers cope with the changes and challenge relieve and manage stress
Kalina Nikolova
Kalina is what you need to get through the winter depression. Kali lives in Copenhagen and is inspired deeply by the Danish culture of life-work balance, cosy living and self care.
She loves to help people fire up their muscles and sweat out all the worries away with strong and sweaty movement challenges.
